My 10 year old daughter loves horses and just found the Thoroughbred Series this year. Wonder's Sister was around the 12th book in the series. My daughter started with book #1 and is bound and determined to read all of the books in the series- she said they are that good. She wishes she would have discovered this series sooner. I believe any horse lover would enjoy the series as much as my daughter has so far.

I thought this book was excellent. It was great to read about Samantha overcoming long odds and everyones' doubts. She believed in herself and followed her heart I'll admit it. This book made me cry! A true winner.

I think that this was an awesome book!!! Samantha displays a great personality. She is always thinking about what is best for others, not herself. She was so caring and considerate in this book. It was touching!!! I also loved the ending. That is how I thought it should have ended. It was great! Definitly a must read!

Wonder's Sister by Joanna Campbell is an excellent book. Mrs.Campbell gives you cause to be horrfied, delighted, joyful, saddened, hopeful, and awe-struck. Any child who has even a slight interest in horses or even just animals should read this book and the rest of the series. Other books from this series that I rank with this one are: A Horse Called Wonder, Wonder's Victory, Ashleigh's Dream, Wonder's Yearling, Shining's Orphan, Cindy's Runaway Colt, Glory's Triumph, Ashleigh's Farwell, Cindy's Heartbreak, Wonder's Champion, and Arabian Challenge.
