I've been through a lot of textbooks on my journey to and through nursing school, and Wong's Essentials is, without doubt, one of the very best! -- Thorough, concise, up to date ... I'm planing on keeping my copy around as a reference even after I've passed the NCLEX. I wish that I could say the same about most of the other nursing texts I've been assigned thus far.

Great book! I like the format. It is an "easy read" next to other text books. Very clear and concise. I had no problem find the information I needed for my PBL's (problem based learning) in this book. I have not used the EXCURSIONS program, but am anxious to use it. In glancing through the workbook, the computer program is set up like a hospital. You are given patients and must determine their treatment/care. The workbook has sections for you to work through. This is not a requirement for my program, but I think it will be an asset.

This book gives you the information you need to know in a nice condensed format.

I shouldn't be surprised that Amazon came through again! While many independents do a good job, I can always count on Amazon to process my order quickly and have red carpet treatment on every order!

This item was well priced, in good condition and available. The shipping was free with Super Ship Saver, but a little slower than usual which is okay since it is part of the free deal.

The book I ordered came very quickly, was tightly wrapped, and was clean without any damages from transportation or previous use. The book had no writing or highlighting in it and included the CD as promised.

I was able to obtain this book while many students could not when our bookstore was continually out. This made the difference in being prepared and not being prepared. Great transaction.

This book arrived 2 weeks before my class started, new condition, at a lower price than the college bookstore.
