Why me? Why did MS have to attack me? What is it anyway? What do all those strange words mean? Is there a cure? Is it life threatening? Where can I find reliable information? What resources are available? Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a chronic, unpredictable, traumatic disease, yes, but it does not condemn an MS person to a life of permanent disability. Most MSers lead productive, satisfying lives filled with work, love and play. It is being said that persons afflicted with MS are knowledge hungry and thirsty. MS Won't Get Me Down attempts to answer these who, what, when, where, why and how questions or point to sources and resources where correct, concrete and helpful answers can be found. It also dispels myths, explains facts and offers encouragements. Although being debilitating, MS will only defeat those who let it get them down.
