No one like Johnny, April 28, 2009

I am only sorry that I discovered Johnny Adams too late to ever see him perform live. This is one of those cd's that I can play over and over and never get tired of hearing. The way he sings those high notes will send baby boomers back in time to the day. I've also purchased one of his later cd's, "Good Morning Heartache". The singing style is very different, mellow and jazzy, a more mature Johnny, and I love them both!
