Won't take a full charge I have been pleased with how this unit charges other devices - but I can not get the unit to take a full charge by just plugging it into the wall. After some time it stops charging itself. I must shut it off, pull it out of the wall socket, and put it back in. I have had to do this multiple times and still have not achieved a full charge in the unit.

Is anyone else having this issue?

I am also having this problem, and switching the charger has not solved it.

I find that it likes it's own charger better than the apple charger.

Try using the plug that came with it.

Yes, this product has many unhappy customers because it won't charge. Moving the battery into different positions worked for a while, but mine won't take a charge at all now. I've written to the company and we'll see how that goes.

I just purchased mine and it only charges two lights after 15 hours. Very upset.
