Well, first of all, the board doesn't look much like it does in the picture. The colors of the squares are brown, not black as shown in the picture, which really annoyed me. Secondly, the dark chess pieces are also brown, not black. One side of the board is also not lined up properly next to the bracket holding it together, so the board is not a perfect square when unfolded. I would not buy again, the picture is all too decieving.

I really enjoyed this set. it is great for playing on the go, like playing in the middle of a foot race or something. You would need steady hands though, and a formidable opponent.
