Great platform feeder for all types of birds. Sturdy construction with good supports. So far it stands up through rain.

I bought this to use as a ground feeder. The legs are supposed to be made of cedar and they are not. I would not have purchased this had I seen in the photos or read in the description that this was anything other than wood. It rains a lot here and these metal legs will rust. When that happens I will remove the legs and hang it, I guess.

This feeder is very versatile. We mounted it to a 4X8 wood pole and the birds love it as much as my in-laws love bird watching.

I guess you'd know Audubon would make a great bird feeder, right? This one is elegant to look at, sturdy, and a real magnet for birds. I love watching them out my study window as they hop from tree branch to feeder, pick up a morsel, and fly off. My cylindrical bird feeder is good, but it requires maintenance. If I don't clean it regularly, the seeds get nasty in Florida's warm, humid climate. This Audubon feeder is a snap.

Purchased this as a gift without knowing how the recipient would want to mount it. No problem, since it can hang, pole mount or stand off the ground. Perfect!

The feeder is well constructed and easy to hang with an S hook. However, it was missing the "legs" to support it on the ground. They could have dropped out of the box, which was completely crushed, thanks to UPS stacking it under heavier items.

I have one of these feeders but no matter where I hang it for the birds the squirrels come along and jump on it and dumps out all of the seeds.
