Needed another timer in the house. I already had a Intermac brand bought from a bigbox for almost $30 several years ago and works great. Tried to find another one from Amazon but no luck but this Woods. Works great at half the price.
FYI: This unit makes a solid 'click' sound when it shuts off; the Intermac is silent. Luckily the silent unit is in the bedroom and this Woods in the living room so it really doesn't matter.

I just received this timer.
I have a number of battery operated tools. In fact, I just replaced four tools because my battery chargers were not smart chargers and did not stop charging when the batteries were full (good buy batties). I have had these tools for a number of years and while they still worked great the batteries were no longer available - NEW TOOLS. The new tools do not come with smart chargers and to protect them, I'm wiring the timer in to limit the hours that the batteries are charged. The amount of time, the timer times, is perfect for the batteries. The cost of the timer is nothing compared to the cost of the new tools and bateries. I would imagine there are smart chargers for sale out there but you would wind up buying different chargers for different tools. This way I use the chargers that came with the tool.

Nice product at a nice price
Works well and priced fairly. Does not trim out as well as the leviton products but for the price acceptable. I will buy more of these in the future.
