The settings repeat daily, but also has a manual on and off switch. The Never-Lose pins cannot be removed or lost, use this unit to lower energy costs. This outdoor and indoor rated single pole, single throw time switch will run heavy duty appliances such as pool and fountain pumps, water heaters, and air conditioners. Settings repeat at the same time daily, ideal for pools and heaters. Set up to 48 cycles per day. Save money on energy costs and equipment wear and tear by only timing appliances to run when needed. I bought this to switch a well pump. I didn't notice in the description, but this will only switch a single pole (SPST). I figured 30 amps, that was should be two poles. But is physically missing the connectors. I kept this (figured I could always use another timer) and ordered the 40 amp DPST version.

The intruccions for program timing are not clear explainted. After that, It's a good quality item. I miss other lenguaje instruction guides.

The timer is certainly a heavy duty timer as described. What wasn't entirely clear in the description is that it has to be hard wired in order to use it. Read more
