Perfect for ventilating your bathroom. You are supposed to run the vent fan for 30 minutes after taking a shower. A quick twist of the wrist gives about a thirty minute run time. Another reviewer complains that it won't work for one to two minute settings, so what. Leaving the fan on for only 2 minutes won't accomplish anything anyway. If you just want to clear the air give it a quarter turn for a 15 min run time. I have seen expensive digital timers that do exactly that. Each button push gives you 15 more minutes. This is an old school timer that just does it's job. My only complaint is a distinct "clunk" when it shuts off.

Difficult to use and bad construction
An almost identical switch is reviewed elsewhere on Amazon, with similarly negative comments. This switch does not work for short time settings -- 1-2 minutes. Read more
