Best solo accoustic piano album I have ever heard. He is a new artist in the market and has to yet establish a fan base. If you are trying to listen to something different in piano music then I recommend this album. Also for piano enthusiast this is a must own cd. A free track is available in the free download sections. Just download it and listen to it. Then decide.

A friend referred me to Rob Costlow, and I loved the album he let me borrow so much that I had to have more.

Woods of Chaos met and exceeded my expectations. Listen to "Meant to Be" and watch as Costlow takes you on a journey through his world. Let your imagination take you where it will, sit back, and be amazed. The key and dynamic changes flow perfectly.

This is perhaps some of the most relaxing solo piano music out there, and I am a huge fan of the new-age revived with piano. Thank goodness Amazon lets you sample the songs, so you don't just have to take my word for it. Whenever I feel stressed out about my day, I just listen to this album and transport myself to the world of Costlow. I highly encourage you to join me there, it's a fantastic journey.

A beautiful collection of delightfully haunting, tugging melodies which fill your listening space and your mind. Rob's lonely piano rings with absolute clarity as you roll with the flow and counter. Every song is a gem here.

I hear his songs from 'woods of chaos' everyday, and every one of his track is truly exceptional. I hear it everyday, all of them, and I bet I can sing 'em all in my head now. there is indeed a lot of emotion expressed in his music, like he says in his website. A perfect blend of melancholy, yet vigor that will leave you totally spellbound... his music is for all.

I heard of Rob's music via another piano guru, Jim Brickman. After going to Rob's website (...) and hearing his music I was hooked.
Not only did I pick up this CD, I got Rob's second CD, "Sophomore Jinx" as well.
Rob's unique style allows one to escape in their own world. With all the angst in this world, a little peace and stillness is rare.
The instrumentals will bring a calmness all their own.
