Woodstock Chimes are the original, musically-tuned, high-quality windchimes known worldwide for their superior sound. When listening to a Woodstock Chime, you hear a fine musical instrument played by the wind, perfectly hand-tuned using the ancient system of “just intonation” based on natural harmonics. Garry and his wife Diane founded Woodstock Percussion, Inc. in 1979 and it remains a family-owned business in New York’s Hudson Valley.

I bought this windchime thinking it would probably be like others I have purchased in the past. Little did I know that this beautiful windchime would bring such joy when I hear it play. To me, it sounds like angels playing harps and it feels so good to hear it's song. I put this gem inside of my house and I touch it to hear it's music when I feel like I need to lift my spirits. Thanks for making it affordable, I look forward to getting another one soon!

Feng or Feign,

That's an awful lot of hyperbole in the product description, and it could all have just as much to do with acoustics and Western aesthetics as it does with actual Feng Shui principles. Those principles can be very basic (balance yin and yang), or they can be studied on a deeper level.
However, whether or not applying Feng Shui principles realigns energies, establishes balance, etc., is something for the individual to decide--not for me to review (aside from questioning the somewhat bogus sounding Feng Shui claim in the description above). Suffice it to say that I did not like either the sound or the look of the FengShui Chime, especially compared to other Woodstock products. To my ears, these chimes sound thin and jangley. Perhaps some hear this as energetic. I also thought the reflecting substance hanging down from the chimes (the "crystal") looked fairly cheap and very non-crystalline. All the right words are there--Woodstock, Feng Shui, Crystal--but the performance doesn't match the description.
