Woodstock, the chime company, has always made suberb sounding chimes with great detail to being ecologically responsible. This set is fantastic for gift giving. At this price, you can bring audio delights to all your friends and family.

This is a smaller set, being a little over a foot in length. Yet, one hears full resonance when the passing breezes tickle the well designed wind catcher and sends ripples up the honed aluminum tubes. It wears well in all climates and should bring pleasure for many years.

As there is a saying, stop and smell the roses--with chimes, I am reminded to stop and listen to my daydreams.

This sweet little chime is focusing attention in the corner of our house where I wanted it... such a joy !
Actually, the workman ship and the sounds are so well done, that I am even surprised how very happy I am with it !

Purchased this as a gift for a business associate who was having problems in his life and looking to bring in some fresh energy. He absolutely loved it and he felt that it was the perfect addition to his rare barren porch where he spent most of him time, contemplating his life.

The chimes have an amazing melody.

They are very well tuned.

We have bought three Woodstock chimes recently and the quality is excellent. The sound these little chimes makes is wonderful! We have bought other mfg's chimes, but this mfg knows what they are doing. a smaller set but still very substantial sounding!

It has a beautiful sound, not tinny or annoying. As you're looking at the various woodstock feng shui chimes on amazon, be aware that they are not all tuned the same! In other words, you will get a different set of notes for each one. You can hear sound clips for each of them on woodstock's site.

It's a nice little set, and the price is right. I do have one complaint: The "holographic" effect is achieved by a STICKER. And the sticker is not even centered. It really cheapens the look of it.

The Woodstock Feng Shui chimes Imagination, Energy (Woodstock Percussion FSECS Feng Shui Energy Chime, Silver), Fortune (Woodstock Percussion FSFCS Feng Shui Fortune Chime, Silver) & Peace (Woodstock Percussion FSPCS Feng Shui Peace Chime, Silver) was offered for sale as a set of 4 on another website, a couple of years ago. I bought the set but the Peace chime was not available and I was offered another chime as a replacement. All these years, I have always wanted to have the full set. Thanks to Amazon.com, now I do.

I lived in an high-floor apartment. The 4 chimes are hanged side by side, by a staircase, in the middle of the apartment with a wind sculpture in the centre. When wind blows through my apartment, the combined volume of the 4 chimes is just about right. During the day, it is not too loud to disrupt any conversations, watching TV or listening to the radio. During bedtime, the sound is just so perfect that I can hear it in my sleep, but not be woken up. The 4 chimes produced different melody, and has been great for relaxation. Since the wind brought some dust, might as well bring some music with these chimes.

While these chimes are suitable for my indoor use, they may not be for outdoor. The strength of the wind might just change the music to noise. Larger chimes would be more suitable. When I hanged one of these chimes by the window, it produced more of a din than music. A breeze would be perfect.

The Imagination chime (as well as the other 3) at US$16 is a value buy. A set of 4 chimes is not a necessity. Having just 1 or 2 may be enough. It is made in China and there is no issue with the quality. The first 3 chimes are still just as good as the new Peace chime. Other than dust, there is not much wear and tear.

not much expectations from a wind chime. play some sounds when the wind blows.

I bought this for my mother-in-law for Mother's Day in efforts to ward off the crows that peck at her apple tree. Well, it is beautiful and makes beautiful music, but we don't get much wind in San Diego.

Not handcrafted in USA as stated in description, it is Made in China.
