this windchime is tops! the sounds emit relaxation and soft natural sounds. i collect windchimes and i admit this is my favorite.

I have had Woodstock Wind Chimes for years. The wood top got weather beaten after about 8 years. I called them. They said to send it to them. They put new wood on it, checked the tuning and restrung it. What did they charge?????? NOTHING !!

All they asked was that I would "pass the word" or remember them when I need a gift. So I am doing both..... telling all of you and I'm buying a couple for gifts. This is a Great price too!!!

You can't go wrong with Woodstock Wind Chimes. Made in the Catskill Mountains of New York!! BUY AMERICAN !

I tend to like the bigger windchimes -- the ones with full, rich tones. But it's good to have a tinkler around to complete the sound spectrum.

The tones ring clear with no dissonance. The sound is very peaceful, despite the high pitch that comes from such short chimes.

There is one problem, however. One side of the wind catcher (the diamond-shaped part at the bottom) has a reflective part that is meant to catch the sun, and refract and reflect the various colors of the light. Unfortunately the disk is nothing more than a reflective sticker. The temperature and humidity changes between night and day in autumn have caused this sticker to begin to peal. I suspect within a few weeks it will come completely off.

I think this item is very overpriced for it's size. I am very disappointed in it. The description says it is 15+ inches long, that may be, but the actual tubes are very small and dinky.

I have a set of these windchimes and though beautifully tuned, I could never get them to ring. I have other types of chimes on the outside of my house, they all chime, but I could never find a location where these would ring. I am very disappointed with this product.

It sounds great but looks just a bit different than it does in the picture. Despite this, I'm still glad I got it.

I love woodstock chimes. This is my second chime of this style. The notes are beautiful and sound all day as I hang them in a window that receives a constant breeze. They never become a nuisance and, in fact, are a soothing melody all day.

Highly recommend.

The Woodstock Feng Shui chimes (Peace, Fortune (Woodstock Percussion FSFCS Feng Shui Fortune Chime, Silver), Energy (Woodstock Percussion FSECS Feng Shui Energy Chime, Silver) & Imagination (Woodstock Percussion FSICS Feng Shui Imagination Chime, Silver) was offered for sale as a set of 4 on another website, a couple of years ago. I bought the set but the Peace chime was not available and I was offered another chime as a replacement. All these years, I have always wanted to have the full set. Thanks to Amazon.com, now I do.

I lived in an high-floor apartment. The 4 chimes are hanged side by side, by a staircase, in the middle of the apartment with a wind sculpture in the centre. When wind blows through my apartment, the combined volume of the 4 chimes is just about right. During the day, it is not too loud to disrupt any conversations, watching TV or listening to the radio. During bedtime, the sound is just so perfect that I can hear it in my sleep, but not be woken up. The 4 chimes produced different melody, and has been great for relaxation. Since the wind brought some dust, might as well bring some music with these chimes.

While these chimes are suitable for my indoor use, they may not be for outdoor. The strength of the wind might just change the music to noise. Larger chimes would be more suitable. When I hanged one of these chimes by the window, it produced more of a din than music. A breeze would be perfect.

The Peace chime (as well as the other 3) at US$16 is a value buy. A set of 4 chimes is not a necessity. Having just 1 or 2 may be enough. It is made in China and there is no issue with the quality. The first 3 chimes are still just as good as the new Peace chime. Other than dust, there is not much wear and tear.

These are superb wind chimes. They come sealed in a box. What a great item at a great price. These are 15 inches long, the tubes are thin but they put off great sound.

The sounds of this windchime are absolutely beautiful, however, I am having a difficult time placing the windchimes where the chimes will work. I have moved them all over my yard and have not yet found the most suitable place. A peaceful sound does come out of these chimes and through trial and error I will find the right location for them.
