Safe and effective
Product works as advertised. It survived a huge and angry raccoon, and an equally angry and smelly skunk. (It washes up great!) The company site was also extremely helpful... it was full of hints and tips.

Poor Trap
Racoon was contained but destroyed trigger mechanism. Second Racoon tore door right off frame and left. Would not buy under any circumstances. Flimsy design.
