Editorial Reviews

Review

I am quite impressed at the vast amount of information that The Woodworking Companion provides. You would have to purchase many books to obtain the information contained in the CD. Although The Woodworking Companion is aimed at the amateur woodworker, I must say that it can be of value to more advanced woodworkers also. After a full review of this CD-ROM, I must give it a big thumbs up! The Woodworking Companion is a prime example that good things do come in small packages. -- Mining Co. Guide to Woodworking, Dec. 1998

The Woodworking Companion is referred to as an encyclopedia of woodworking, and after going through the program, I agree whole-heartedly. There is more information on this CD than you would receive in any number of instructional videos or TV shows. With The Woodworking Companion you have the accumulated knowledge of all aspects of woodworking from volumes of reference manuals, cross referenced for easy access. -- Woodworker's Website Association, Nov. 1998

From the Author

The Woodworking Companion is the newest multimedia software product produced by Intellectimedia Inc.. Well in line with the company's philosophy, this multimedia title provides a massive amount of information on all aspects of woodworking, while remaining extremely simple to use. The Woodworking Companion is the combination of engineering skills and woodworking knowledge and experience.

The Woodworking Companion was designed for amateur woodworkers, but we believe that this multimedia title is also well suited for students who would like to learn more about woodworking or anybody who is interested by this wonderful hobby.
