Dr. Michael Jacobson, D.O., does a suberb job giving the reader "A Biblical and Medical Overview of How to Care For Your Body & Mind," as the subtitle suggests. This book helps one to think seriously about these issues in reference to God's Word and how we should be better taking care of ourselves and offers steps to begin putting these Truths into practice. It is amazingly thorough and totally biblically based. "The Word on Health" goes further than just the biblical principles and our diet as written in "What the Bible Says About Healthy Living, by Rex Russell, M.D. "The Word on Health" includes when health in general started to breakdown, to dietary heresies, to dietary strategies, to how our lifestyle and stress can affect our health adversely, to strategies to live better heathfully. Highly recommended "guide" book to those who are serious about living their lives to please God.

You will not even want to loan this book out. I recommend it, but will not share it. However, I am working on a PowerPoint Presentation that I can share this information in how our character can play a huge role in the outcome of our health. Worry, Bitterness, Stress, Anger. Find out how these things eat you up from the inside out. Then find out how to rid yourself of them. It's not a new revolution...same old thing...God's way. Go Figure...He was right....AGAIN.
