Marvelous
Peter David's writing is fantastic and James Fry's artwork is beautiful. All of this make a story. On the other hand, this bookis only the beginning of Worf's story. I really can imagine what Worf's Academy days like thanks to this book.

New Frontier fans, take note
This series of 3 Young Adult books detail Worf's days at Starfleet Academy. They are more notable to fans of the current Trek books though because they introduced us to several characters who reappear as part of Peter David's NEW FRONTIER series of Trek novels. For the first time, meet Mark McHenry, Soleta, and Zak Kebron, and see what they were like in the years...

This series of 3 Young Adult books detail Worf's days at Starfleet Academy.They are more notable to fans of the current Trek books though because they introduced us to several characters who reappear as part of Peter David's NEW FRONTIER series of Trek novels. For the first time, meet Mark McHenry, Soleta, and Zak Kebron, and see what they were like in the years before they served Mac Calhoun on the Excalibur.
