Industrial and organizational psychology is a pretty boring subject (at least for me) and this book does the best it can with the subject matter. It's well organized and easy to reference, with a glossary of terms in the back and a good index. It's a great textbook for a class but it's definitely not something I would pick up for some fun reading.
