The format of the book seems off!, April 12, 2011
This review is from: The Work of Byron Katie: 35 Judge-Your-Neighbor Worksheets, 35 Self-Facilitation Worksheets (Byron Katie) (Spiral-bound)
I bought this workbook because I was using up so much of my paper doing the four (4) questions. This book is too small and the format is not really conductive to how Katie asks you to analyze the four questions. I recommend that she creates an 8.5X11 workbook in the following format:
Belief or Problem with a person
Question 1: Is is true?
-----------------
----------------
---------------
Question 2: How can I know it is true?
---------------
--------------
-------------
Question 3: Who would I be without this thought?
-------------------
------------------
-----------------
Question 4: Turnaround
to Me -------------------------
to You-------------------------

For each issue: devote an entire page. Sort of like the worksheets she has on her website.
Update: This facilitator has a bunch of THE WORK forms on her site. I printed them and plan to make photocopies so I will have several of them to use. I have to give KUDOS to Katie for giving away as much of THE WORK possible and offering you help and so forth. She seems like she legitimately wants to help people overcome. This is the facilitator's address; just remove the spaces------->h t t p ://w w w. rightbrainpsychiatry.com /home /Inquiry.html
