A better than average workbook. Required companion to text.
Well done and very necessary to course. However, changes inthis area occur literally overnight and info quickly outdated. Do not expect to go from class to work without significant OJT (on the job training). Not as easy as it seems.

Workbook
Unfortunately this book was the 8th edition and I needed the 10th edition.It took so long to get it too.

This Workbook does NOT have an answer key. Both the publisher AND author refuse to provide an answer key. So, if you want to check your answers - YOU CAN'T !!! Keep this in mind if you plan on purchasing this workbook.

This workbook was vol 8 and should not have been listed with the current book which was vol 10. As a result I paid an extra amount of money and got the wrong book that was of no use with the current textbook. Luckily I was able to retake an assignment after explaining to my instructer the problem with the workbooks.

got it in 4 days. Great price. I ordered the wrong edition by mistake though. Have to be more careful next time.

this was in very good condition and is quite useable. I appreciated getting a text that was not marked up and the cd's are in very good shape.
