this was a helpful supplement to the main textbook. Although it does not come with a cd, nor are their answers to the exercises in the back of the book. Just a heads up!

The workbook is is not written by the same authors as the textbook nor does it flow in content and concept in the same manner as Egan's and this makes the completion of the workbook unnecessarily difficult. The textbooks content focus isn't the same focus as the workbook either, so you spend an inordinate amount of time searching the textbook for some obscure or briefly mentioned concept. It did little to enhance my learning as each chapter took well over 5 to 7 hours to complete and was made so purposefully difficult that it was a tedious chore instead of an engaging augment to our learning.

I agree with the other student that posted a negative review had mentioned; it would have been usefull as a study guide, if I had know that the answers were right. I assume since this is not a highschool text book that the students buying this book are adults and would appreciate being treated as such. The inability to access the answer key is frankly insulting.

As a qualifier, my grade to date is 97%. That, I do not feel I owe the credit, in any part, to this workbook.

I bought this workbook to help reinforce the knowledge that I was learning in my RC program, but what I did not know was that it didn't have the answers in the back. I would have loved to used this book to study, but how do I know if I am studying the right stuff if I can't check the answers I've written down? I was told this book goes along with an online course that cost another $99. Unless you plan on doing the online course, I find little point in the workbook.

The work book didn't help with studying which was the orginial idea for getting it. The answers were hard to find in the text book. Also, a person is supposed to be able to log onto a website and get the answers for the wookbook that way, (I do this with another book from school) and I was unable to do so. I even called the company and tried to get them to fix it. No luck.

Bottom line...Not worth buying. Just read the text.

I am very impressed by this seller. It was advertised as Used, very good, but it appears almost new. There are no pages written on nor are there marks. The back cover was folded and serves as the only indication that the book is used. Wonderful condition.

this book is a godsend. it has NBRC review questions, matching, puzzles, games, and all types of fun stuff to help u learn, and it sure beats sittin' in class for 6 hours. i took this book up to the libary at school everyday and read it while my teacher was giving his 6 hour lectures.

Fundamentals is not a kidding term. This is an in-depth look into most all spectrums of Respiratory Therapy and the workbook keeps one in check, to make sure you understand the material.

Workbook was shipped in a timely manner. I was pleased with condition and shipping time for the price I paid.
