This book is a wonderful book for QME's who have to work with the legal system. This book is one of the many books which are written to educate the paralegal's and are also a great reference for other professionals who have to work with the legal system but from the other side. This book is full of great reference material about the court system and how it works, the timelines which are mandated, and what has to be done in order for a claim to be filed or to even be valid. It is amazing what is found in books if you read them. Great reference book.
