November 15, 1998
According to the Bureau of Justice Statistics each year almost one million people in the US are victims of violent crime while working. Workplace violence has a high profile these days. In fact, each week in 1996, an average of 20 people were murdered and 18,000 others were assaulted while working or on duty. In this book, learn about the problems that arise when we fail to differentiate between conflicts at work and at home. Get practical suggestions for preventing unnecessary conflicts and resolving disagreements when they do arise.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great book, a must read for any manager or upset employee!, September 26, 2007

This review is from: Working Anger: Preventing & Resolving Conflict on the Job (Paperback)
This book will help anyone deal with problems at work, and somewhat at home. It is mostly geared towards work life, and goes into the separation of the two. It should have some impact on your outlook on life, and make you a MUCH better manager or employee. This book is easy to follow and is well written. The only thing that I did not like about this book is how the auther tries to upsell some of his other books in his writing.
