...with all apologies to Steven Covey. While Dr. Goleman spends a little time introducing the ideas of "Emotional Intelligence," that is no substitute for reading the earlier work.
Great ideas, though not quite broad enough to form the basis for a comprehensive organizational development strategy. Goleman is still more clinician than O.D. specialist. |
