This review is from: Working Knowledge: Work-Based Learning and Education Reform (Paperback)
I came across this book while researching improvements to our work experience program for high school students. I found it very helpful and thought provoking as it examines the evidence for work experience supporting Academic Achievement, Career Development,Youth Developmentand new ways of thinking that students would not easily experience in the classroom. Its highly relevant to policy and program design or practitioners wishing to maximise the gains of workplace based learning for young people. A good read.
