Book purchase
The book was in perfect condition. The book is written by Cisco products.Amazon and the persons that I burchased the book from saved the day as usual. Thank you! Kenneth W Howell

Good for the price, but seller was VERY unsupportive
I had been looking for this book for my internetworking class, which is based around the Cisco Networking Academy, and found this one from the seller 'alymerb.' The price was pleasing as it was about $20 cheaper than what most places were selling it for, and even with shipping $10 cheaper than buying from the school. The problems I found with it were; portions cut...

I had been looking for this book for my internetworking class, which is based around the Cisco Networking Academy, and found this one from the seller 'alymerb.' The price was pleasing as it was about $20 cheaper than what most places were selling it for, and even with shipping $10 cheaper than buying from the school.The problems I found with it were; portions cut out of the front and back covers, and a missing cover pages. While these do no harm to its application in class, I figured I'd ask the seller why it was in this condition. The response from the seller was rude and ignorant. These are noticeable defects in the book and should have been mentioned, not disregarded as if the seller were oblivious. Don't buy from 'alymerb.'
