5.0 out of 5 stars Finding Your Purpose Within Your Work, November 16, 2007
This review is from: Working Naturally: A New Way to Maximize Individual and Organizational Effectiveness (Paperback)
To consistently perform at your highest possible level you must find work that taps your natural talents and expresses your life's purpose, according to author and career coach Richard Leider. In this short, 52 page booklet, the author provides the rules for what he calls `Working Naturally', or working in a way that taps your natural talents and the energy of your passion. For, it is only when we begin thinking about our purpose - what truly motivates us to work - and our unique strengths that we are well positioned to maximize individual and organizational effectiveness, Leider says.

In addition to discussing the benefits of Working Naturally, the author offers insights into:
* What are Natural Talents?
* What is Purpose?
* What is Success with Fulfillment?
* What is My Path?

While some readers may argue that the booklet does not go deep enough into the how-to of discovering you natural talent (a better book may be "Now, Discover Your Strengths"), or getting a complete understanding of your purpose (a better book may be "The Identity Code" by Larry Ackerman); the booklet does raise the right questions and may peak your interest in finding work that feels more `natural' for you.

"The Performance Connection"
