This review is from: Working With Numbers: Algebra (High School) (Paperback)
Although this book is generally considered a textbook, it does not offer enough practice by itself for a student who may find learning algebra difficult. As a review for one who has missed a fair amount of school, or a parent attempting to renew her own knowledge of the subject, it can be very useful. If you can get a teacher's copy, that would be great, as the answers are in the back. (My copy doesn't have the answers!)
In any case, it's a handy book to have at home if you have youngsters who need help in algebra. |
