It is an one hour cassette tape with helpful hints and a good discussion of people --how to effectively interact with them so that they don't take up all your time. I liked it enough to add this my personal library. If your library has it especially as book on tape I highly recommend it.
Simple and concise discussion of how to do more in less time and therefore free you time to do the important and enjoyable stuff. It's perfect for someone new to learning how to better manage their time and life. It's great for people who have successfully managed their life, job, etc. For the experienced, the book is a good reminder. Leboeuf has a few other books that I like.
