Mind, body, spirit and planet!
My first book was about changing your life in a very specific way. It was written for long-term out-of-work individuals that need to get "back on track" with a job. Now, I write about changing your life, no matter who you are -- whether you're ready to take a Leap of Faith through an Exhilaration Effect adventure or find a holistic solution for your challenges (health or otherwise).
Years ago, I was told that I needed to take a medication that would be tough on my liver in order to help with a health problem I was having. Well, I was still young and not interested in that option. Instead, I found nutrition-based solutions, foods that would help my body, and stayed healthy without long-term prescriptions.
Thus began the journey that has led to the national Holistic Chamber of Commerce.
At another point, I was stuck in a crappy job and unhappy relationship. I knew what to do to change it and yet I was still procrastinating. Finally, I did something unexpected and unrelated... I took a vacation to a place I'd never been. It gave me a new perspective and a stronger sense of confidence. Now, whenever I don't know what to do next, I do something I've never done (from eating insects to driving NASCAR) and propel myself forward through the Exhilaration Effect!
I want a quality life, don't you?
