Book Description

January 23, 1998
Working from Your Core describes ten different models of human behavior and organizational culture. Its power lies in the fact that these models are "archetypes"_universally recognized patterns, models of behavior that are inherent in the human psyche. They are core to who we are. It shows how to cope with workplace challenges by calling upon our most heroic, noble selves.

Working from Your Core shows why personal transformation is a prerequisite to success and how to use the heroes archetypes to achieve success.

· Thoroughly tested, solid conceptual bases
· A tangible way to measure and work with theory
· Prudent combination of business experience and psychology

Working from Your Core draws the reader immediately into the substance of his or her own core, then offers reams of valuable information about each core pattern. You can pick and choose particular morsels or consume the whole banquet. Either way, Sharon Seivert has written a wonderfully intelligent and authentic book.
