Good education, but extremely inexpensive,

I bought this book for a friend. I have used it for decades. Cheapest classroom ideas I know, and light years ahead of those dreary expensive worksheets. If we could get away from that, toward manipulables, we would jump ahead in math scores as a nation. Particularly in our disadvantaged neighborhoods, we need to improve the ability to think -- starting with manipulables, like this, is a great start.
