Very good tips! February 13, 2012
Format:Kindle Edition|Amazon Verified Purchase
I used to teach time management so this caught my eye. Didn't think I would necessarily learn a lot but happily I was wrong! The tip about year-long exercise goals was completely new to me, and something I can easily track on the pretty calendar above my desk that I'm not using to log anything else on. The ways to cook ahead are good... I do some of them and will do more. One thing I would add, where she talks about the kinds of containers to use, I would also suggest glass canning jars, love 'em!

This is a quick read and you are likely to take away at least one excellent new habit!

Why four stars? In its genre of quick reads, I *would* call it a five-star, but in the overall world of time management, I would save 5 stars for groundbreaking books like Getting Things Done.

Great concepts February 6, 2012
Format:Kindle Edition|Amazon Verified Purchase
I was intrigued by the title of this book because I know just how difficult it is to juggle living with trying to stay fit and healthy. I actually got it for my wife but I've got a lot from it too.... This book outlines a new approach that I can see would work really well. I'm looking forward to using many of the ideas. I especially like the clear outline the book presents which makes organizing everything all the more achievable.
A very well written and useful book.
Highly recommended.

Inspiring! February 6, 2012
Format:Kindle Edition|Amazon Verified Purchase
This author sounds busy; and if she can work out, eat healthy, and stay on top of routine chores, then anybody can. She outlines exactly how she does it, right down to a detailed weekend cooking schedule and weekday eating plan. I especially liked her views on working out and suggestions for sticking to a routine.

After reading the book, I saw my own schedule and habits in a new light. I am nowhere near as organized in my life, and I can see how incorporating some of her tips into my routine would make my life a lot less stressful and healthier. This book has motivated me to re-examine my habits and inspired me to make a plan to get more organized. A recommended read.
