After reading "A Guide - Workplace Success: Ten Steps to Career Advancement, I smiled because I am a by-product of exercising all of the strategies, suggestions, and advice illustated in the book. Dr. Lenora Peters Gant was my mentor at the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) dating back to 1991. She has help to groom me professionally. She has been a key to my career success. Today, I am a Branch Chief and I have already purchased copies of this book for members of my team, my new mentor and friends. Dr. Gant is also a proven success. She has reached the Senior Executive Service (SES) ranks at the Community Management Staff (CMS). Thanks for a fine tool...
