This is an easy-to-use and very helpful piece of software. The features are intuitive and don't require any special knowledge of how to use programs or other computer skills. The software can be used in a small office (for example our small but growing law firm) or in a large enterprise (my former firm, one of the largest on the face of the earth, has this installed on every user's computer).

We use this product in our law office. It works great and operates in the background. We were concerned about sending out documents with metadata tags and with this product, we can "clean" every attachment that leaves our office. I highly recommend this product.
