Excellent, thoughtful book.
Excellent book on conscious living! Discusses many ways to live consciously at work, in the family, and more. All about taking control of your life, I enjoyed it. Thought provoking, useful, and recommended.

Not what I expected...........
The writing was perfunctory, and a lot of points the author made were constantly repeated: it took him 10 pages to make the same points........much better books out there for self-help/discovery.
