Please note that the book said that it comes with an Access Code so that you may gain access to the publisher's site for bonus material. However, it doesn't come with any code. I have tried to get help from the publisher but they said that they can't help because Amazon is a seller and they asked me to seek help from Amazon. Here is Amazon's reply: "I have checked into the promotional offer on the publisher's website. While Amazon.com is an authorized dealer of "World of Art, A (6th Edition) [Paperback]" we are not a participating dealer for this particular promotion."

I bought this book for my school course, but unlike most school textbooks I found it very fun and easy to follow, really well laid-out and beautiful enough to leave on the coffee table for non-students to pick up, thumb through and able to appreciate.

For my Art Appreciation course, I had to read The World of Art by Sayre. I fully enjoyed how Sayre has layed out the content in this textbook. The chapters are fairly long, but the content is very interesting and through. Also, the MyArtsLab that goes along with the book is easy. The online chapter quizzes go along almost completely with the text in the book. I was not a big art lover before this book, but after this course and reading this book, I am now an art lover. Thanks to Sayre, I am well versed in the art world.

It was very cheap and was such a huge help for my academics in college. Appreciate it getting here quickly and before the estimated date. Thank you

This textbook is not boring, has many pictures, and is easily read. It gives a clear definition of everything that you need to learn about in the book. It also has critical thinking segments where you can compare two different pictures, but my favorite part is the "Works in Progres." This shows how a piece of artwork came to be from start to finish and is very interesting and entertaining.

A World of Art by Sayre is a great book to read and look at. However, I would have liked to known if a CD or online access product code came with the book before I purchase. The book arrived in time for my class. This book did not come with a CD or online access product code:(
