great book
great book and by the way the spoon on the cover is not silver it is vermeil which is perfectly acceptable buy this book it has very good and complete information about the subject

Silver spoon?
I DID NOT buy this book because you do not place caviar in a silver vessel or serve it with a silver spoon (see cover on book.)
