I am new as a Maintenance Manager. This book was recommended to me and has been an incredible help to me. It is clearly written with time tested strategies for how to properly and efficiently run a maintenance organization. A must read for anyone in Maintenance.

In simple, easy-to-understand language, Mr. Wireman covers the concepts which must be implemented to ensure a reliable maintenance system. Included also are job descriptions, functions, and recommendations for organizing your department. A First Class book and a must read by all maintenance managers. Take the test at the beginning of the book to see how well your organization stacks up.
