Nowhere title, funny story...,
By
This review is from: The World Of Narue Book 1 (Paperback)
Narue is a schoolgirl who happens to be an alien. Normal enough for a manga really. She has to face androids, alien invasion and her first date. The end result is a manga you feel you have red before. Many, many times.
Get it used or, if you are NEW to manga, get it new. A mixture of science fiction, comedy and action.

World of Narue: Bad Title, Good Manga,
By Craig Schubert (Lake Jackson, Texas United States) - See all my reviews
This review is from: The World Of Narue Book 1 (Paperback)
This manga is what the FLCL manga should have been, in fact, you open the cover and the picture on the inside looks like it was taken straight out of the FLCL anime. This book is pretty fast-paced, slightly perverted, and just a little cute. The cover and title leave much to be desired, but once you get past these two obstacles and open the thing, it's quite a good experience. I liked the slightly shaggy look to the art, and Marukawa keeps the gag frames to a minimum. Overall a pretty cool crazy-alien-girl manga.
