The game will feature more than 15 Q-lab weapons and gadgets, including electro-proof boots. The game will also include power-ups such as access cards, health, ammunition, weapons, and gadgets. You can transfer character data between the Game Boy Color and Nintendo 64 versions of the game with the use of the Nintendo Transfer Pak.

Product Description

It seems that an MI-6 agent has been killed just before delivering a report from the Russian Atomic Energy Department. As James Bond (yes, the James Bond), you're going to need your license to kill in order to find out who killed him, and return some stolen money to the King. Based on the 1999 Bond film of the same title, THE WORLD IS NOT ENOUGH spans 14 levels, each with several objectives. Using all of the weapons and gadgetry you can get your hands on, you'll be challenged to upend a terrorist attack, free hostages from a train station, and much more. To help you in your endeavors, you'll have access to a bomb disposal kit, digital camera, covert modem, grapple hook watch, night vision glasses, and about a dozen other items of the like. The game lets you pick your character, your environment, a range of weapons that will be in play, and a scenario. This adventure offers three different difficulty levels.

5.0 out of 5 stars Sweet!!!, November 7, 2001

This review is from: The World is Not Enough (Game Cartridge)
This is a sweet game! Just like the one on N64 and PSX but on GBC! Over 7 levels of shooting and stradegy with the biggest movie hero: James Bond 007 starring Q, M, and Moneypenny!!!

1.0 out of 5 stars The World Is Not Enough on GBC, August 18, 2007
= Fun:1.0 out of 5 stars
This review is from: The World is Not Enough (Game Cartridge)
This is probably the least known game to ever appear on GBC, this is mainly because so little was said about its release, plus everybody is to busy playing the better N64 version. The only reason for this review is to keep you as far from this game as humanly possible. So here you go, my review on The World Is Not Enough.

Story: the story follows that of the movie, reinard has stolen a nuclear warhead, and now its up to Bond to stop him. There is nothing that really makes the story better than any other game's that you might play so I might as well leave it there.

Graphics: easily the best part of this game, they are dark and detailed, but the lack of cut-scenes is not good considering it is already bad in almost every way(except for the graphics).

Sound: to be completely honest, the game's sound sucks. The music is tangled and hard to make out, and although bonds signature intro is in the game, its almost completely silent, a real bummer. but on a some-what positive note, the weapons sound decent.

Gameplay: the gameplay is absourd! the shooting is confusing in that you have to be above the target to hit it, but the time it takes for the bullet to leave the gun to the time of impact is rediculous! Not to mention that stealth is almost impossible because of the enemy's hearing and sight is almost super-sonic, sometimes I wonder if they have x-ray vision too.

my conclusion is that this is an abomination to gaming history. maybe if bond had died and the nuked had fired, if it would have stopped the production of this game, hey, a guy can wish right?
