For the price, this is about what I expected. The product appears to be injection molded resin or something of the sort. Detail is nice and color is nice. Looks like stone from a casual distance.

This item has no place to hold incense sticks, and no safe surface to place incense cones. The 'instructions' (included with it, and on a sticker on the bottom), include candle use and safety tips. Also, there is what appears to be a place designed to hold a small candle, in the center. There are several vent holes along the side, and a few vent holes in the lid, but there does not seem to be enough clearance inside, to burn a candle with lid still on, without melting/setting fire to the lid.

That said, it is a very detailed and attractive piece. The skulls and 'western' (Non-Asian) style dragons are very cool looking, with a very dark/evil/metal look to them. I still need an incense burner, but because of the awesome appearance of this item, I will be keeping it... for decoration and to maybe hold small miscellaneous... stuff?

I would give it 5 stars, because it really is an attractive piece, and looks great and seems well made, but I have to deduct at least 2 star, because it is not designed/built to do what the description says.

I didn't realize that this was made of resin instead of metal. I think it even comes with a warning not to put anything hot in it. And since it doesn't come with any kind of tray to set the incense on, how can you burn incense in it? It's attractive enough. I just don't like resin products.

Came in a huge box... I was suprised how big is! It is about the size of a small dessert bowel. Nice detail. Looks more expensive than it is. Only problem is because of its size, the incense "smoke" tends to build up inside with little coming out the holes. When we use it, we take the lid off. Otherwise, nice product...

You guys do not have idea the perfect details that this item have. Its really a piece of art. And the cost is very, very cheap.

I like the Gothic touch with the Gargoyle on top! Yes it doubles as a handle to access the inside. You can load it with 1 cone or a dozen! If you like dragons its made for you too!
