I had to use this book for my intro to psychology class. I planned on just skimming it to find the answeres, but I ended up reading it all. It is a great book with great stories. It is easy of follow and the definition of new words are listed on the side of the page, not in the back of the book like most textbooks. Great Book!

As a pyschology student I bought this book in college because it was my intro to psychology class' textbook. How would I know that it would be so easy to follow? It really helped me out when I had to sit up late at night and review for the finals. What else can I say about it, besides it is a great book for anyone who wants to becomes more knowledgeable in the general field of psychology.

I used this book for a Intro to Psychology class at Tarrant County College South East Campus and the book came in good condition and is packed full of information for you to get a basic understanding of psychology. It is easy to read and understand and has a decent amount of pictures and figures for you to study.

This book is very easy to navigate through and is being used in my class in addition to the powerpoint presentations we view during class.
I am very happy with my purchase.

I just finished a course using this textbook. I got an A in the course. I recommend this book for anyone wanting to learn more about themselves. The book is well laid out, gives good examples and is not a boring read.

I very much enjoyed this book. I used this book for Intro into Psychology in one of the college classes I took during high school. It was easy to read, full of information is written in a way that is easy to remember. I enjoyed this textbook so much I read ahead within the first weeks of the class.

This textbook was ordered on August 11th and received on August 14th! Great service and the book was in better condition that I expected.
There were only a few pages marked with highlighter, otherwise it looked brand new. My daughter needed it for a high school dual enrollment program and to get this book at the local college bookstores would have cost four times as much as I paid through this seller. Even to rent this book would have been more expensive. We are very pleased with this seller as far as timely delivery and condition of the book. Will use this seller again.

Although this was a required book for an Introductory Psych class for university, it is nicely organized and includes comprehensive review & reflect tables and summary & review sections for each chapter. These help to consolidate major concepts and also provide a great study tool. It also contains periodic "Remember It!" quick reviews after each major text section to help reinforce comprehension. Another helpful feature is that all key terms are bolded as well as highlighted. It would have been great if the book included access to MyPsychLab, so that I could use those resources also to reinforce my learning, but unfortunately it involves a separate purchase so I will go without that. Amazon's price for a brand new book was cheaper than my college bookstore's used copy price.
