World Sport 30 Foot Flat Rung Agility Ladder (Breaks Down to Two 15 Foot Ladders)

My 12 yr old nephew wants to practice football drills in the off season. He asked for an agility ladder and is very happy with the many ways this particular model can be used.

Nylon straps combined with flexible plastic rungs make the ladder very durable. Virtually unbreakable until UV rays make plastic rungs brittle but that would be 5 - 10 years if left outside. Plastic rungs are held in place by nylon strap material weaved through ends of each rung. However, the rungs are easily able to slide up and down the straps. Consequently, rungs require frequent adjustments (i.e. slide rung up or down to maintain equal spacing) when ladder is laid out and when accidently kicked. Rungs should have been fastened to the straps with a rivet or other method. Method for carrying ladder with handle is nice and having bag is nice.

Came fast and as advertised. Would recommend to any one. Looks durable and have used it many times already.

This is a very good agility ladder. Just put it down and start the drills. Easily becomes two ladders to split players and save time.

Ladder is adjustable, sturdy and flexible...we just opened it, spread it out and everyone was impressed with the quality. Product meets and exceeds our expectations.

Nice packaging, the 2 units split quite easily (Velcro) (how long that will last is unclear, I'm hoping for sometime).

It adjusts nicely.

I like it, much nicer than my last "kit", provided ladder.

The Agility ladder i ordered was what i expected and the drills you can do is limited only by your imagination.From 5 yrs old and up, fun for all. Coordination and nimbleness.

Searching the internet for a decent speed/agility ladder as a group of us are starting the Insanity :Asylum workout. Bought one and divided each 15 foot ladder in half, so now we have 4 smaller ladders for each of the group members. Great purchase, all four of us are happy. Requires a occasional adjustment, otherwise works as advertised.

For me, when it comes to fitness, I need TONS of variety.

Using training items like this agility ladder is a fun way to get high-impact activity into my daily workout. It keeps me from thinking, "How many laps have I run?" or "Twenty more minutes on the treadmill/elliptical/etc..." I mix in activities like kicking a soccer ball (more fun than running around without a purpose) and throwing around a medicine ball (search the internet for exercises using a medicine ball...there are more than you would think, and makes for a great workout to pass the time).

To wrap up - this agility ladder is great for my purposes...but I'm NOT an athlete and cannot attest to how good it is for sports use.

I bought the World Sport 30 Foot Ladder to help condition my 10-11 year old youth football team. The kids loved the ladders, and we had limited issues with kids tangling into them. Very portable and easy to store back in carrying case. Great deal for the overall cost of product!
