Outstanding!,
By Kent Talamo (Elmhurst, IL) - See all my reviews
This review is from: World Under Siege (Paperback)
I met the author at a book signing, bought the book and took it home. I have an interest in WWII because my father was a B-29 bomber pilot, but this book was one of the best, most interesting on WWII I have ever read. It was hard to put down because it is written in a unique way that made it fasinating to read. In the form of 'news briefs / bulletins' from throughout the world, the author cleverly intertwines historical facts and possibilities to show how the war and post-war world could have been very different if just a few world events were changed. I highly recommend it! |
