We were disappointed in the packaging, as the map arrived crumpled in the middle (rolled map was not protected inside the box). Also, the map size was not as advertised. It was actually 55" X 39 1/8" (not 60 X 40). The order did arrive on time, despite the fact that we were sent an email that it may be delayed due to weather.

the map is nice but...
it says the map is professionally packed... NOT!!! The cardboard tube arrived kinda FOLDED IN HALF and my map is now crumpled in the middle. oh and it took forever for it to arrive. seriously maybe you should pack in in plastic tubes instead of cheap cardboard ones? what a waste of money!!

The map was crumbled in the middle but the package tube wasn't. This makes me think it was damaged before it was packaged? However, it's a very stylish map and it arrived on time. I have written the company asking for an exchange, so I'm waiting to hear how they will rectify this as I want my money's worth for this purchase and a crumpled map isn't what I paid for. I'll update again when/if I get a reply.
