If you liked the first book, The Art of Warcraft, then you'll probably enjoy this one, too. As expected, this book is packed with concept art and beautifully painted digital art. From characters to environments, this book has it. However, unlike The Art of Warcraft book, this one doesn't have as much text to explain the new characters, environments, and weapons. This book, as well as The Art of World of Warcraft book, seems like it was slapped together in a hurry so that it could be released to the public.

If this one had more text behind it and a little more organization, I would have given it more stars, but for those of you who care only for illustrations, then this book will probably appeal more to you.

I am a huge fan of the art books. I own all four from vanilla to cata. Each has their unique concepts and whatnot. The BC book was actually that last art book of the collection I bought. I do not regret it either, the quality of the pages it was printed on is amazing. These books will last you a long time if you treat them with care.

There could be more text for it but that'd take up room where they could add more pictures. Seeing how I frequent the main 'site' for the Blizzard artists, I can understand why they added so many pictures. There is a lot and I mean a lot of concept and other arts for each part of the Warcraft sections.

Get this book! It'll show some creatures and weapons in a new light or bring out details you didn't know existed before in armor, etc etc.
