World of Warcraft Series 3 Draenei Mage Action Figure

This figure is really a beautiful item and would look quite nice on anyone's shelf. There is one problem though--the sword. Mine was stuck as one piece when I got it (probably by the painting process) and so, when I tried to detach the bottom part to place it in the figure's hand, it broke off. Some super-glue fixed that right up. You might want to be very very careful when attaching the sword hilt to the figure's hand. Other than that, it's perfect.

This was my first WoW figure I've bought so far. I'm really satisfied with it. It's really detailed and very attractive on my desk. My only issue was the dagger. I was careful when trying to detach the removable hilt of the sword to place in the figure's hand, but I still ended up breaking it. I tried to super glue it but it had broken in a bad spot. So I just stuck it in her hand for now.

the figure is very detailed and intricate. there was a problem with the dagger, b/c the "removable" end, wasn't removable, and broke off. the figure also doesn't stand well at all on it's own, and needs to be propped up against something else. It's a cool looking design, but could use a few points of articulation.

I have TWO of these, God help me. I keep one in the package where it's a decoration in my office, and one I got out and put together and it's a decoration in my OTHER office.

It's very cool to look at, but it's not a toy. It would fall apart in nothing flat. It's all I can do to keep her holding on to her doodads and her tail from falling out every time I pick it up to dust or move stuff around.

This was one of the first figures I bought from the World of Warcraft figure line. All of them are simply amazing, and this one is no exception. I'm particularly glad they chose to make a female Draenei, they're usually very underrepresented.

The only problem I had was that the hilt of the sword broke off completely. It's supposed to be removable to put the sword in her hand. There's no way to glue it back on, so I threw it away and just put the sword in her hand anyway. There was enough hilt left that it stays fine.

She's wearing one of the coolest looking armor sets in the game, but the paint job on her just isn't at the same level as the rest of the Series 2 figures, especially compared to the World of Warcraft Series 3 Human Priestess Action Figure.

That said, while she may not be as fundamentally impressive, she is quite tall and the detail on her upper body is wonderful. Her head in particular is sculpted gorgeously. I didn't even know female Draenei had tendrils swept behind their ears until I saw this figure, and I've played one for quite a stretch! I was also surprised to find that she has slightly violet-tinted fishnet stockings on her legs, a very subtle but nice touch. And yes, I'm childish, but my inner ten-year-old won't let me review this without mentioning that they did go to the trouble of adding some black undergarments.

She's built fairly solidly, though mine had the distinct misfortune of having her hair break off. Her ponytail is socketed into her head in the center of the robe's crest, and it can and will break free if you're clumsy. It is very easily fixed with superglue, however, and is not likely to be a persistent issue. I have found she does have a bit of a balance problem, this figure really needed to come with a base like the Draenei Paladin did. It seems those spacegoat hooves just aren't ideal for standing on. Overall, though, I'd recommend this figure, but only to die-hard fans or people who play Draenei mages.

I just received this figure for Christmas and I LOVE it! I saw a prototype a few years back and couldn't wait to get my hands on one but only now received one as a gift. Tamuura is absolutely fantastic, beautifully painted and with the finest detail. Only flaw is in her sword. In order to fit it in her hand you must remove the end of the hilt, slip the handle into her hand and return the base to the sword. Unfortunately, the handle is so thin and fragile the ball join holding the two parts of the sword together snapped. This does not distract from the beauty of the piece but one should be careful when taking apart the sword. Overall though, I am very happy to have her on my shelf!

The figure is very well sculpted and painted, and a beautiful action figure for the WoW collector. My only gripe is that it does not come with a larger base as lots of action figures do. This means the WoW action figures have a tendency to fall over if not displayed on the most sturdy of shelves or cases. If you bump into a desk or bookcase that is not rooted into the ground, the figure will tend to fall. I have had a few tense moments when I was worried it might have damaged one of the pointy parts. So far though, nothing broken or bent.

Also, I have noticed the molding of smaller bits does vary in quality at times, maybe through exposure to sun and heat. Be wary of getting one that has a bent feature due to warping from exposure or poor packaging.

The Warcraft Draenei Mage is a beautiful addition to my collection. It's of stury construction with very, very few fragile parts.
