[...], and they continue to struggle in the key area of displayability. The undead shown here is no different. Despite a great sculpt, the figure simply refuses to stand outside the packaging. On his last fall, the flair on his shoulders snapped off. All of them.
This seems to be a major problem for a majority of the line. While some pieces, like the orc shaman, night elf druid, and blood elf paladin seem to have been created with stances wide enough to make them stable, most of the others simply aren't centered well enough. Even pieces with added base support, like the blood elf rogue and tauren hunter still fall over on a regular basis. If you're going to collect, and leave them in their cases, then these are a great buy. Chances are likely, however, that you'll only find yourself frustrated if you try to display them.

While I do agree that this guy falls over more often than a drunken monkey, it's not rocket science to put down a double sided sticky pad to hold him in place. If you are still "playing" with these figures you might have problems, but if you are like me you just display them on a shelf or bookcase. What you do is go out and buy a $2 pack of those 3M stick pads. You take one of those pads and cut it to the size or a little larger than the figures foot. Voila! He doesn't fall anymore and everyone is happy. If this is not an amicable solution, please follow the advice of the others and buy Series 4 and up. They are very stable. Illidan even comes with a base and I have had no problems with other figures falling down since Series 4. Hope this helps because he really does look bad@ss and the Undead Rogue was my first character during vanilla WoW and I really enjoy seeing him displayed :)

I'm just gonna echo what has already been said. This figure DOES NOT STAND UP. It has fallen so many times the blades on the shoulders have snapped off and one of the daggers broke in two. I super glued the dagger back together only to realise I placed it in the hand backward, so now it is permanently in the wrong position. Yes it is a great sculpt but that does nto matter one bit when it falls, breaks, falls again. Overall my customer experience has been bad, so bad infact I will not purchase anymore of the Series 3 (or before) figures. This is too bad because I would love to colect them all. A recent Series 4 figure has been much more stable. I would throw this rogue out or hide it in a closet except that it was a gift to me and it is visually pleasing. Sculpt and paint are very nicely done but I get angry when I look at it. aaaahhhhhhh! Now of course some of the paint is scratched off.

Agree with the other reviewer here. Of all the WoW figures I have, this one REALLY needs a base. It is so precariously balanced that you will pull your hair out trying to get it to stay in place. I finally had to lean it in the corner of my display bookshelf to keep it from falling over. This is a shame because it is an awesome collectors action figure in all other regards. Beautifully sculpted and a good paint job as well.
I have considered creating my own base since I have model skills, but really shouldn't have to. They should have included one for this guy.

Like every other reviewer, I have to say that mine won't stand either. Luckily I figured it out right after I stood him up so he never got a chance to fall to the floor. I tried putting tape under both feet, which didn't work at all, and tried taping his foot to a piece of plastic (which seemed like a good idea in my head), which didn't work either.
Finally I stuck a dime under the toes of his right foot, and he stands perfectly now. I took off a star just because of the stability issue. Otherwise, this figure is incredibly detailed, and quite fearsome. It's probably among my favorites.

I was excited to get this in the mail, but once I opened it and noticed it was already broken, I was a bit disappointed. The product over all is great, looks good, nice size, but poor quality of the workmanship. I blame whoever made the toy not Amazon.

Though I never played an UD rogue or ever will, like all the other DC Unlimited renditions of popular WC heroes and/or classes, this is excellent. In fact I'd say it's more detailed and awesome than the Pandaren Brewmaster limited edition figure, which was 60 dollars, compared to the 15 or so I paid for this. The armor and weapons, and skin are quite detailed for the size and material of this figure, and the daggers are pretty awesome looking. I'm not sure where the complaint about this figure falling over is coming from - I have it standing on my desktop, with no sticky pads or base, and it does just fine. Granted I haven't slammed my fist into the desk or tried to knock it over (though I just tried and it didn't budge), those seem to be the only way it's going to fall. I did feel when trying to put the daggers in his hands that they were flimsy - I didn't realize they separated (though this, as with pretty much all closed-handed figures, is the case) and when I tried initially I felt afraid I would break them in half - it's happened before. Oh, poor Cylon figure, I didn't mean to break your lower arm off. The lighting DC uses to showcase these figures is misleading, as always; I doubt many collectors have a professionally lit shelf or bookcase to display these in (though I'm thinking of building some lights into a shelf when I accumulate all the other WC figures), but it doesn't detract from how cool this figure is. Anyway, why are you still reading this? Buy it!
